iAlignFit is a virtual combination of live and pre-recorded fitness programs designed to focus on overall health. Classes are designed to sculpt and tone the body, strengthen and improve your posture, as well as increase your endurance and flexibility. Yes, it’s ok if you can’t do something right away. We provide support groups and accountability to help you achieve your goals.

Yoga is a more accessible form of exercise for many and can aid in optimal personal health for anyone Each class uses a restorative style and discipline for physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Yoga uses low-risk and slow-progressive movements to reduce muscle tension.

Creative movement uses structured exercises to help explore the creative side of music and movement. In this class, you can develop physical skills, channel energy, stimulate imagination and promote creativity. Creative movement uses body actions to not only remain fit but also to communicate using movement as a language.

High-intensity interval training sessions, commonly called HIIT, are repeated high-intensity efforts followed by varied recovery times. Alternating between short, but intense, bursts of exercise and less intense active recovery, has been shown to be more effective for heart health, toning, and strength gain than traditional cardio and strength training but in less time.
