I work with women of all ages and children ages 12-17 who suffer from depression, anxiety, stress & life changes, have relationship issues, lack coping skills, difficulty dealing with grief or loss, behavioral concerns, low self-esteem, lack effective communication skills, poor anger management skills, and a host more. In addition to Individual therapy sessions, my practice provides therapeutic coaching which reaches nationwide. This service provides one on one therapeutic advice, enables individuals to become more aware of resources, cultivate techniques for self-management, and sets them up with the process and skills they need to eventually coach themselves. The cost for therapeutic coaching is $125/per session for 50 minutes or $75/per session for 30 minutes. I also provide a sliding scale for low income families which is based upon the client's income.
